Agenda
PACK Calendar: The PACK Leadership Team requested to meet two Mondays each month at 3:00 pm. Members signed up to facilitate the leadership meetings for the year.
LIC & Conference Schedules: The LIC calendar will be forwarded to the staff.
Oct. PR, EC, EC, I, (Evening Conference Oct. 12th for 5:00-8:00)
Nov. EC, EC, CT, PTM, I
Jan. 11th EC Comp. Day
Staff Parking Lot: The staff parking lot will be open with cones. This will allow staff to get in and out of the parking lot.
Lunch Time: Due to overcrowded conditions in the lunchroom, a schedule has been set identifying which classes will eat in their classrooms. It is important to respect the schedule.
Math Bridges Materials: Grade-level Teams will be reimbursed up to $200. with a receipt for materials purchased for Bridges. Grade-level teams received a copy code for copying Bridges materials only. Teachers must work together in their grade-level teams to determine what really needs to be copied.
Each PACK member will talk to their team members about books and materials that need to be ordered by Wednesday.
Library: All hardback text books are to be brought to Amber. She will inform you of all expectations in October. (Inventory and bar-coding of all textbooks happening soon!)
Professional Development for the 2011-2012 school year: Math will be the focus this year. Teachers will get input from their grade-level team members about what kind of training will be helpful. Additional training with Bridges will be helpful. Teachers need time with their grade-level team members to organize their math lessons for each day. Are updated pacing guides being sent?
Grade Book: Sandra Jacobson will come to train the staff on how to use the Grade Book in TAC on our next CT Day on September 21st
