PACK Binders were distributed to all team members. Sections were reviewed by Miles. Reps discussed keeping track of the binder and using it as the communications tool for their grade level or represented group. Some teams are having fairly fluid representation, others are considering a year long term as rep. Emphasis is on communication, use the binder to keep track of any back and forth info to PACK. Suggestion was to insert a spiral notebook in the Minutes section.
