Clothing Closet
The Clothing Closet is run by Debbie Isom and Sabrina Ferguson, Carson parents
We have 8 clothing bins of sizes 5 – 16. 1 or 2 families have been served so far. We anticipated that there was a definite need but have not see it yet in terms of accessing this resource. PACK Leadership supported continuing with the Clothing Closet with the following considerations:
- Advertise in our classroom and school newsletters. Mark will resend the the email for teachers to copy onto newsletters
- Advertise information in the main foyer
- Review in May/June to see if we want to continue the Clothing Closet, make changes, or determine that is not a service that our community will access in a school setting

Grandparents Day
Grandparents day has been acknowledged in Puyallup Schools for many years. There is no longer a requirement district-wide to have a Grandparents Day in January. The PACK Leadership determined to again have a grandparents Day this year. It will be broken up by grade levels similar to last year. Each rep will check with grade level on Tuesday and see what month the grade level would like to have Grandparent’s Day and discuss the format for their grade. Grade level reps also agreed that if a Grandparent could only attend one event, they could invite a child from another grade level to attend their luncheon.
