PACK Meeting Schedule & Facilitators: We will meet first and third week of the month. Team members will sign up to facilitate. Facilitator will be responsible for creating the agenda. Staff will continue to add items to whiteboard outside of conference room. If no items listed, then the meeting will be cancelled.
October Conference Night: Teachers will have some time to score writing on October PR Day (Oct. 6th).
Correct Oct. 20th day to a EC day.

Staff Parking Lot: Staff parking lot will continue to be locked as part of arrival and dismissal time for pedestrian safety-See Safety Committee minutes. Keep a key in the kindergarten kitchen for those times when the gate needs to be unlocked and will follow the same current practice of locking the gate.
Diversity Day 2011: Diversity Day is now scheduled for Friday March 25th. Edgerton and Carson are both focusing on Pacific Islanders this year. There was a proposal to move Diversity Day to May 26th. The reasons given included:
Cheaper to share resources/performers if we schedule them the same day; save on costs
Share possible grant money being awarded for Diversity Day events. There is a possibility of a $10,000 grant (no promises)
Change in ODA philosophy to increase schools teaming/working together.
Need to get on schedule Success Night and Art Night before determining Diversity Day.
PACK reps will check with grade level teams to see about moving Diversity Day from March to May.
Arturo will check with Darla to see if can move Art Night approximately two weeks away from Diversity Day
Weekly Team Meetings: Discussion of current challenges meeting on Wednesday for some staff
Grade levels will notify office and specialists of when they are meeting. Options are now Tuesday before or after school or Wednesday between noon-1:00 pm.
Other:
Need new field line up area order for fire drills. Get to staff by Tuesday, Sept. 14th.
