Diversity Day: Our current date for Diversity day is May 27th. There has been some conversation about this date becoming a potential half day as part of the snow make-up days (this is third party info that has been heard by different sources but that I have not verified). What I have verified is that the district is not planning on addressing the modified calendar regarding make-up days until we've cleared this unpredictable weather so that they can do it all at once; which makes sense. This puts us in a bad dilemma. The longer we wait the less opportunity we will have to book certain groups to perform and individuals to come support the event. The request by the Diversity Committee is to book this event for May 26th so that we have a solid date. Decision was made to move Diversity Day to May 26th.

Report Cards: We need to identify the dates to begin submitting report cards to Andrea and Arturo. The overview is as follows:
March 4 TAC Opens
March 14 Report Cards Submitted to Andrea and Arturo. They may be submitted earlier.
March 18 Final printing
March 21 Report Cards go Home
