Membership
PACK will include two parents on the team this year. Invitations will be extended during the curriculum nights.
October Conferences
October Conferences
Rationale for October conferences includes sharing SLP’s and an opportunity for students to make an impact on their report card before the trimester is over. It is recommended to designate a day to schedule siblings as a school and to use a common schedule with 20 minute increments and 5 minutes passing time starting at 12:30 pm-
LIC Calendar Days will be Exchanged to:
Nov. 19 becomes Independent Day
Nov. 26 becomes EC which is traded for the October 15 conferencing night
ELO Allocations
Allocate dollar amount by number of sections (34) at each grade level.
What interventions are used will be driven by data selection and will focus on specific skills for students in Tier II and some students in Tier I. ELO timesheets/stipends will be paid out when grade level interventions are completed
Stipends
Community Service Board will be dropped from stipend list. Lauri says she will continue to do it.
Consider Adding: Yearbook Club on Wednesdays, Spirit Crew for school performances at assemblies, etc.
Note: assure to offer enough clubs/events opportunities for Super Achiever Program so that students have choices.
Sub Binder
Follow up from Retreat decision to have a common sub binder as a school
Miles shared different categories/Sandy H. offered input:Class Info, Carson Info, Emergency Procedures, Forms, Emergency Plans
Reps will get feedback on sub notebook categories within next two weeks. A model notebook will be made. Some time built in to a LIC Wednesday to help with preparation
Weekly Subject Topic/Behavior Management Plan
Please drop off a copy of your behavior management plan to the office. By now we should have our schedules set so please send Karen a schedule of your subjects. i.e. when you teach each subject during the day. This helps with parent communication when inquiring about when to pull students out as well as what they will be missing. It also helps to find where people are.

On google calendar. PACK will be scheduled the week before staff meetings
Staff meetings scheduled for 12:30 pm-1:15 pm.
WALK to READ
Request to wait as late as September 29 to officially begin Walk to Read
Challenge has been waiting on data/STAR being down
Library
Amber will be running an open library from 2:00-2:30 pm. two days a week starting next week.
