Pennies for Patients:
- Start mid-February and run 3 weeks so it ends the first week of March
- This will avoid running into PTA fundraisers and allow time for other giving fund-raising to complete and have a gap
- Possibly have it in early June to be more proactive in completing our CSIP plan and do some foreward planning for next year
- Propose doing it on a Saturday with some level of compensation, lunch, etc. Maybe free photo shoots from Huson Photography!
- Wednesday June 23rd 8:00am start time; lunch provided (sponsor? Huson Photography!)
- Schedule is posted on the Diversity blog
- Detailed schedule with sessions will be posted on http://www.carsoncontact.blogspot.com/
- Culture Walk--will also include some activity stations as well although keep in mind that there will be 1/3 of all students attending the walk at each rotation
- Food provided in staff room for PRESENTERS / VOLUNTEERS
- Staff meeting on Wed. will provide opportunity for logistics questions and other fine tuning for Diversity Day event
- RIF changes--Lisa Reeves assigned 4th grade; Kayla Alston to Zeiger; Heather Daugherty assigned to 1st grade; .5 K is still unassigned
- Food provided by Debby for a nominal fee!
- Debby volunteered her house 1:30 celebration!!!
